Our plans for the 2024 election?
We’re all in.
When I ran 4 years ago I talked about the importance of fiscal responsibility, protecting taxpayer dollars and investing in North Dakota. I’m proud of what we have accomplished over the last few years, and I’m optimistic about what else we can get done over the next few as well.
We’ve worked alongside Governor Burgum, our legislative leaders and agency partners to succeed in improving our technology and making government more efficient.
We’ve tried to increase transparency in reporting and shine more light on how our funds are managed and where they’re invested.
We’ve fought back against ridiculous ESG mandates that do nothing except make it more difficult for our Ag and Energy producers to compete.
And we’ve worked to put the Legacy Fund to work for you. Investing in North Dakota companies, helping to save the Coal Creek Power plant, and generating earnings to support much needed tax relief efforts.
Together we’ve been able to accomplish a lot, and I’m excited for the chance to continue working for our citizens to protect taxpayer dollars and keep putting our money back to work in North Dakota. We’ve made a lot of progress over the last few years but there is a lot of work ahead of us. I hope I can count on your help along the way!
