Beadle: Woke rules for 401(k) plans must be Repealed

Recently the Biden administration has been trying a new tactic to enact their climate agenda. They’ve proposed rules through the Department of Labor that would allow their E.S.G. priorities to take precedence over the investment returns for savers and retirees that depend on those returns for their future livelihood.

The Republicans in Congress have been fighting back on this and passed the Congressional Review Act resolution (HJ Res. 30) that has gone to President Biden’s desk, and I am happy to join with numerous conservative leaders and state Treasurer’s from across the nation to support these congressional efforts and urge that we stop with playing political games with people’s retirement.
